Abstract EN

Allah Almighty has established a set of worships and ordered his worshippers to obey him and to follow his right path without any neglect or overstatement.

In fact, the low of worships are well fixed whereas the human interactions are in constant changes.

Among this woships, Zakat, charity givings, which Allah Almighty makes one of the for pillars of Islam alike .Allah said in the Coran in verse in Sourt Albkara «And performe salat and zaket and bow with worshippers».

It is also well mentioned in the Sunna of the prophet peace be upon him all about the exact amount of the givings according to a well-established rules.

However, many people add some extras to the fixed amount and also ignore some principles and rules of this duty .

Hence, in this research l am trying to unveil rules and laws that fix these extra giving’s according to the Malikit dogma, answering the following questions : what are the rules that establish the extras amount of Zakets? and what are the consequences that may results from this act? finally the aim of this research is to expose the sayings of the Malikit dogma about this subject.
