Abstract EN

This study aims to shed light on an important time period in the Islamic civilisation history; it is the Andalusia history which was characterized by an unprecedented relegious tolerance rarely found in history.

This tolerance had provided an environement conductive to an itellectual dialectic critical creation among Andalussian Muslims, therefore, a new science is created; it was «the comparative religion».

We attempt also-in this study-to show the logical ingenuity of the Andalussian scholars in their defending Islam and responding its enemies.

Studying the debates-were taking place between Muslims and Jewish and Christian-shows the great interesting role played by Andalussian scholars in deepening and consolidating the Islamic culture.

Finally we hope to revival the comparative religion in order to restorate the intellectual sovereignty to its owners.
