هذه الرسالة تتحدث عن الخلو عند المالكية حيث ذكر فيها مصنفها حقيقة الخلو و حكمه و شروطه وفائدته وقد ألفها بدعوى من قاضي العساكر في ذلك الوقت الشيخ عبد الباقي أفندي وقد اعتمد في تأليفه هذه الرسالة على فتوى الشيخ ناصر اللقاني.

inMaalikis, where the author mentioned the fact of seclusion and its rule, conditions and usefulness.
He wrote it due to a request from, the judge of the military at that time, Sheikh Abdul-Baqi Effendi.
To write the letter, the author relied on the fatwa of Sheikh Nasser Al-Lakani.
