which requires attention to studying, analyzing and discussing the issue of water justice in light of this competition for water that represents the symbol of stability, security and prosperity of peoples, states and civilizations.

In this regard, the study seeks to research the role of international NGOs in ensuring that countries benefit from water, as it is a right for all and a necessity of life.

The conclusion was reached that this right must be fully implemented in accordance with the capabilities available in each country, and that it should not be affected or taken measures to limit it.
