The failure of international law to fully recognize individuals as legal subjects has made human rights situations generally deteriorating, as well as the ence of an integrated international legal system that specifically protects the rights of migrants who have been attacked and the category of workers.

In view of this situation, this research paper includes two axes: The first was the presentation of the ILO's most important work on the protection of the rights of migrant workers and the second Reading the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of Migrant workers and members of their families.
