This research study aimed at the subject of the objective conditions of extradition because of its great importance in the field of international cooperation in order to reduce or reduce crimes committed, which have a significant impact on the international community.

Domestic law usually sets out these conditions, but sometimes there may be a conflict between the conditions laid down in domestic law and bilateral agreements between states.

This is at the level of the texts, but on the practical side, sometimes it is a violation of these laws between States for many considerations.
