Abstract EN

This article aims at identifying the impact of internet technology at Mobilis Tebessa, on the planning process, through a descriptive field study in wich we relied on the survey questionnaire as a main tool for collecting information, and because of the limited number of vocabulary in the search community, we preferred to have a comprehensive survey of all Mobilis employees who use the internet in their work, of wich 24 employees.

The results of the study found that the internet company Mobilis upgraded the performance of the planing process in the institution and improved the working environment.
