Organizational culture is one of the most important variables that have been researched in recentyears, because of itssignificant impact on manyother variables thatdetermine the outputs of the institution.

In the currentstudy, the organizational culture willbetreated as a dependent variable, subject to the influence of a number of otherdeterminants, fromwhichwe chose the personaldeterminants (age, sex, educationallevel) and organizational (seniority, organizationallevel, membership of the syndicate).

This studyaimedto: -- Adjust the dimensions of organizational culture throughaccess to the theoreticalheritage on the subject.

- Test the scale of trends of the organizational culture variable and calculateitspsychometricproperties.
