The issue of the limits of administrative control in the protection of the environment is closely related to the object of the administrative control, because the administrative judiciary, when it simplifies its authority over the activity of control, takes into consideration the purpose of this activity and follows it with responsibility whenever it goes beyond the limits set for it.

The exercise of disciplinary activity may result in prejudice to the general freedoms of individuals, and this does not mean restricting them.

But subject to the requirements of legality, which governs all administrative decisions and impose restrictions on them to determine the extent to which they may be infringed.
