Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the organizational powers involved in managing the professional life of employees in the Algerian public administrations In order to determine the nature of these powers and the definition of their ideologies and organizations and their relations with other powers, and monitor their role in managing the professional life of employees through various stages.

In the modern Algerian civil service system.

We found that these organizational powers represent professional groups that constitute the social structure of public administration, and they interfere in managing the professional life of employees as an original actor, or by partially contributing without actual intervention in this matter.
