The present research aims to clarify the role that technological innovation plays in activating the strategy of discrimination and developing business organizations, as it gains the organization a competitive advantage that leads it to reach leadership and remain in it to face competition, and to achieve the goal of the study we relied on a field study at the Algeria Telecom Corporation in Bouira and we designed A questionnaire for the purpose of data collection, and the study reached in its analytical side that there is a relationship between technological innovation and discrimination strategy, but in the applied aspect through statistical treatment, the results have reached a statistically significant relationship between technical creativity And Diversity strategy and discrimination in Algeria Telecom Bouira
