Abstract EN

The teaching of Arabic language has known several educational approaches, its most recent one is the textual approach which surrounded various language levels in the text and focused on the learner as an axis of educational learning process.

Thus, the binary text and learner became the basic pillar of learning in competency approach pedagogy that made them both the base and the top of the educational pyramid at once.

Therefore, we will seek to emphasize on the concept textual approach and its effectiveness in the educational literary text in secondary school, and how to apply them according to its theoretical pillars as well as the success extent of educational reforms in achieving the competencies of text learning from a deliberative linguistic prescriptive.
