Abstract EN

This paper tempts to study one of the Algerian modernist poetry' aspects, which is the visual formats types, that enhance the poem to conserve its oral nature.

Poetry benefits this writing type thanks to the development of printing techniques, which helps Algerian poets to modernize their writing format in such a way to strengthen their influence on receptors.

This modernization is realized by colors, white and black, by segmentation, by ellipses, and by the visual format especially the type of characters used and the font size, in addition to artistic paintings added to the text.
