We study in this article the process of the translation of the critical term by the Maghreb's researchers, and their efforts in this field: making the specialized dictionaries, translation of critical western books, studying the critical term in their articles and researches.

In this aspect, our research targets one of Maghreb's leading researchers MOHAMED MEFTAH.

How he inspired his concepts? What are the techniques used to formulate critical terminology ? How did he behave with the critical terms of the west? We will try to highlight all these issues through this article.
