The aim of this research is to identify the old and modern methods used in the teaching of Arabic grammar, and which one is better to achieve good knowledge results.

The main objective of teaching Arabic grammar is to enable the learner to understand and be understandable through clear and accurate expression.

The methods of teaching Arabic grammar vary from one to another.

for example the standard method which based on moving from the whole to the part.

The inductive method moves from the example to the rule.

The literary text method is bases on teaching grammar through an integrated meaning texts.
