This article follows the formation of the narrative structure in the novel "Black befitting you" by Ahlam Mosteghanemi, by observing the narrative logic on which the novelist was based in the construction of the characters, time and place around them events.

We also examined the characteristics and location of the spatial structure of the global character of the novel, and then we looked at the structure of time and its relationship to the philosophy of deferred desire that controlled the narrative construction of the characters.
