Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the reality of practicing spiritual leadership by the school principals of the state of Ibri at Al-Dhahirah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (105) assistance principals and senior teachers.

The results of the study showed that the reality of practicing spiritual leadership by the school principals of the state of Ibri at Al-Dhahirah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman was came generally high degree; They also came high degree of all Fields: Faith, altruism, human relationships, and vision; Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the study variables which are gender, Years of experience and academic level.
