03/03, modified by virtue of the law no.

08/12, modified and completed by another law no.

10/05 which extended its competence, governs the implementation of the competitive system.

It was granted wide prerogatives, some of them are contentious and repressive and some others are consultative.

However, its authority is not olute in competitive field because of existing ingerences with judiciary and executive institutions which function is to regulate economy.

Besides, it hasn't the punitive authority which restricts its efficiency
