Jacques Derrida is considered as one of the most famous and controversial philosophers on the contemporary intellectual scene.

Derrida invented the concept of " deconstruction " through which he attempted to expose the contradictions of the Western thinking , expose the imperialism of the Western civilization, and its exclusion of the other and crushing of the different.

The concept of « deconstruction » has formed a complex philosophical problem that has attracted the attention of philosophers and thinkers.

Its problematic character is manifested in its possession of absent connotations and its intersecting with the Postmodernity and poststructuralism, its intellectual roots and the sociocultural context where it arose.

This is because concepts don’t gain its significance only within the context in which it originated, especially that its author did not provide a concise definition of it, though he risked of defining it in an unusual manner; he defined it with the negative "what deconstruction will not be " in "a letter to a Japanese friend" where he highlighted the difference between deconstruction , analysis , criticism , reading and interpretation ...

Derrida revealed the tangled concept with other concepts such as " destruction " and "demolition" to stand out from the other and consider the investments that distort this concept by matching it with other close concepts .
