يروم هذا البحث دراسة الحجج ذات البنى المنطقية في الخطب الجاهلية، و هذه الحجج نوع من الحجج شبه المنطقية إحدى مجموعات الحجج الكبرى التي صنفها بيرلمان في كتابه الشهير "مصنف في الحجاج-الخطابة الجديدة ".
و قد توزع هذا البحث على ثلاثة مباحث، يمثل كل واحد منها حجة من هذه الحجج، و هي: التناقض و عدم الاتفاق، و التماثل و الحد، و الحجج القائمة على العلاقة التبادلية و قاعدة العدل.
Abstract EN
This research is concerned with the study of logical argumentation in Jahiliyyah orations.
The use of such informal logical argumentation has been previously referred to in The New Rhetoric: A Treatise on Argumentation by Chaim Perelman.
Therefore, this study is divided into three parts with each providing examples of Jahiliyyah rhetoric within the categorization of Chaim Perelman.
The first is epideictic or ceremonial rhetoric.
The second is deliberative or political rhetoric.
The third is forensic or legal arguments.
