This had major impacts on the performance of the global economy The study concluded that the repercussions of the epidemic on the global economy caused it to cause the largest economic crisis after the one witnessed by the world since the crisis of 1929, and that what will result from this crisis will be much worse than the consequences of the crisis that the world experienced in 2008-2009.
