Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of good governance with their various variables on economic growth outside hydrocarbons during the period from 1997 to 2017 in Algeria.

The good governance has been measured by the Worldwide Governance Indicators.

The structural equation modeling was used through exploratory factor Analysis (EFA) to determine the explanatory factors of good governance behavior in Algeria for the period, then use the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to obtain the structural model, taking into account other independent variables that cannot be obtained without returns, where the variables of the Cobb-Douglas function are the most important (capital stock and labor).
