تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على دور المعرفة(الصريحة و الضمنية) في تعزيز القدرات الإبداعية للعاملين و لتحقيق ذلك تم صياغة استبيان وتوزيعه على كل العاملين بمؤسسة IRIS وقد تم استرجاع 30 استبيان الذي خضع للتحليل باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS V25) و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المعرفة تقوم بدور ايجابي في تعزيز القدرات الإبداعية للعاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة
Abstract EN
This paper aims at highlighting the role of knowledge (both explicit and implicit) in enhancing the employees' creative capabilities.
To achieve this, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to all employees of the company under study (IRIS).
30 questionnaires were retrieved and then analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS v 25).
The study concluded that knowledge (whether implicit or explicit) plays a positive role in enhancing the creative capabilities among IRIS employees.
