Abstract EN

This study aims to know the role of the Youth and Sports Directorate in the management and development of sporting societies and clubs.

In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive approach was used for its suitability for such studies.

The study sample was randomly chosen, represented by 40 of the heads of associations and sports clubs active in the state of M'sila.

We used the questionnaire as a tool to collect information and for statistical analysis.

The percentage percentage.

The results reached : The Algerian father and sport have an important and effective role in the management and development of sports societies and clubs, through :There are laws for the Directorate of Youth and Sports to control and run sports societies and clubs - There is an activity for the Directorate of Youth and Sports in directing and financing sports societies and clubs - The conduct of the Directorate of Youth and Sports has an impact on the results obtained for sports societies and clubs.

In this field, serious work must be researched by Algerian researchers and students in order to develop Algerian sports societies and clubs.
