يعتبر وجود الازدواج الخطي Multicollinearity و المشاهدات الشاذة Outliers من أهم المشاكل التي تواجه تحليل الانحدار الخطي خاصة عند وقوع المشكلتين آنيا.
و إذا كان أسلوب انحدار "ريدج" يحسن من آثار مشكلة الازدواج الخطي كما أن طرق الانحدار المتينة أقل تأثرا بالمشاهدات الشاذة إلا أن تلك الأساليب منفردة لا يمكنها أن تعالج المشكلتين معا.
و تقترح الدراسة الحالية ثلاثة مقدرات جديدة من مقدرات انحدار "ريدج المتين" لعلاج مشكلتى الازدواج الخطي و المشاهدات الشاذة آنيا.
و الطرق المقترحة هى مزيج من مقدر جديد مقترح من مقدرات ريدج مع ثلاثة مقدرات متينة هى مقدر "أدنى مجموع مربعات مشذبة" Least Trimmed(LTS) Squaresومقدر MM (MM-Estimator) و مقدر "أدنى مجموع بواقي مطلقة" Least olute Value (LAV).
وتم إجراء دراسة محاكاة للمقارنة بين الطرق المقترحة و ست من الطرق المتاحة باستخدام معيار "متوسط مربعات الخطأ" للمقدر MSE.
وتمت مقارنة أداء المقدرات عند توليفات مختلفة من درجات الازدواج الخطي و نسب المشاهدات الشاذة.
و أظهرت النتائج تفوق المقدرات المقترحة على الطرق الأخرى في حالة وجود كل من الازدواج الخطي و المشاهدات الشاذة آنيا.
Abstract EN
Besides multicollinearity, outliers also constitute a problem in the multiple linear regression analysis.
We propose three new estimators of the robust ridge regression in the presence of multicollinearity and outliers, which called the Ridge Least Trimmed Squares, Ridge MM and Ridge Least olute Value estimator.
For this purpose, a simulation study is conducted in order to see the difference between the proposed methods and the existing methods in terms of their effectiveness measured by the mean squares error.
The performances of the proposed methods are examined for different percentages of outliers and different degrees of multicollinearity.
The results show that the proposed estimators are better than six of the existing methods in the presence of multicollinearity and outliers.
