the Egyptian Government's Management of the Corona Crisis on the Psychological Security of Facebook Users

The study aimed to investigate the effect of the word of Mouth on Facebook about the country's efforts to confront the Coronavirus crisis on the level of psychological security of the respondents.

It also aimed to test the impact of social relations aspects as intermediate variables on the relationship between Word of Mouth on Facebook about the country's efforts to confront the Corona virus crisis and the level of psychological security of the respondents.

The study used the survey method, and its electronic questionnaire tool, which was applied to a deliberate available sample of (400) respondents used by Facebook users.

The study found several results, most notably:
- The nature of the Word of Mouth by the respondents' contacts on Facebook about the country's efforts to confront the Corona virus crisis was positive in the first place, with a high rate of 71% , and in the second place is the neutral words by 26% , while the negative words fell back to the last place, with a very weak rate, only 3% .

- As for the level of psychological security of the respondents, it was intermediate for 73.2% , followed by high for 24.3% , while the level of psychological security decreased for only 2.5% of the sample, despite the circumstances of the crisis.

- The study demonstrated a statistically significant direct correlation between the nature of Word of Mouth (positive/ negative) by the respondents' contacts via Facebook about the country's efforts to confront the Corona crisis and their level of psychological security.
