In this paper we try to touch the phenomenon of economic monetary in the middle ages in the era of the Zayani state, which combines the instability of the value of cash, and the fluctuation of prices between high and low, depending on the circumstances surrounding the state, and a set of justifications that confirm its existence, where the phenomenon of inflation or deflation the most important economic problem of monetary union, and made it non-negotiable among members of the parish, this situation may have had a significant impact on the instability of prices in the markets, and despite the relative nature of the phenomenon, which was usually associated with economic crises, it affected the economy and the Zayani society in all its forms and forced the Zayani authority to carry out a reform project based on creating balance in supply and demand, stabilization of prices, preventing the removal of the value of cash protection for Zayani consumer.
