The research aimed at uncovering the attitudes of science teachers in Al-Majardah Governorate towards the use of Active Learning Evaluation Card according to rating scales for evaluating their teaching performances, and comparing between science teachers' attitudes towards Active Learning Evaluation Card according to rating scale within the system of sixth supervisory performance, in order to evaluate their teaching performances according to: academic qualification - specialization - number of teaching years' experience – number of training programs in the field of active learning.

The descriptive approach was adopted.

The sample of the research consisted of science teachers at the three academic stages (primary, preparatory, and secondary) at public education schools in Al-Majardah Governorate Educational Administration (n = 72) teachers of science subject who were purposefully selected.

The tool of the research was represented in Science Teachers' Attitude Scale towards active learning evaluation card, according to rating scales for evaluating their teaching performances The results of the research revealed the existence of a moderate agreement degree among individuals of the study sample towards the total score of the attitude scale towards active learning evaluation card.

The degree of study sample individuals' agreement on the scale axes ranged between low and high.

The order of these axes was according to degree of agreement.

The results also showed that there were not any statistically significant differences between responses of the sample individuals in the scale of science teachers' attitudes towards the active learning evaluation card, according to rating scales in their latest version, for evaluating their teaching performances in the light of: academic stage - academic qualification - specialization - number of teaching years' experience – number of training programs in the field of active learning.
