Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the degree of practice transformational leadership of public school principals in Zarqa Governorate and its relation to the level of teachers' organizational trust from the teachers their point of view.

A stratified random sample(415)teachers selected from public schools at Education directorate of Zarqa first.

Two questionnaires developed; the first to measure the degree of the practice transformational leadership, and the second related to the level of teachers' organizational trust.

The findings revealed that: The degree of practice of transformational leadership of public school principals was high.

No significant differences in the degree of practice transformational leadership of public school principals attributed to teachers' gender, experience and academic qualification, but there were differences attributed to the school stage in favor of basic schools.

The overall level of teachers' organizational trust in public schools was medium.

No significant differences in the level of teachers' organizational trust attributed to gender, experience and academic qualification.

But there are differences due to the school stage in favor of basic schools.

There is a strong relationship statistically significant difference between the degree of practice of transformational leadership and the level of teachers' organizational trust.

In view of results of the study, the researcher recommended to take action to promote transformational leadership and organizational trust.
