The research reviews the policies of social protection and empowerment provided by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman to the families of social security.

The research included the following:
1.

Employment and employment policies in the Sultanate of Oman
Reviews in this section on the most important work policies in the Sultanate and the reality of the national economy as well as the distribution of expatriate labor compared to national employment and the most important policies and plans adopted by the State in the modernization of those jobs.

2.

Social protection and empowerment programs in the Sultanate of Oman
In this section, the most important programs of social protection and empowerment in Oman are reviewed and the extent to which these programs achieve their specific objectives.

3.

Empowerment programs for children of social security families in the Sultanate of Oman.

Here is a review of the most important programs for the social security category as follows:
1.

Program (supplier) within the programs of Al-Refaid Fund for projects.

2.

Educational grant programs for children of social security families.

3.

Training programs provided to the children of social security families.
