Abstract EN

This study with assessing the experience of Algeria adopting the unconventional financing, with reference to some international experiences, and the extent to which Algeria benefits from this mechanism.

This study concluded that the unconventional financing policy is considered an effective and feasible tool in the developed and productive economies, while this tool is ineffective and even leads to adverse as is the case in developing countries, which Algeria is among them.
