Disclosure is considered one of the textual mechanisms in Arabic autobiography and this is what make it distinguished from other fictional narratives giving it its distinct genre.

Disclosure also preserves for the autobiography its position where the literary intersects with the historical achieving its pragmatic value.

This study will reveal the supportive purposes of the speaker to achieve it the autobiography's reader in addition to disclosing its manifestations and the extent of its fitness to produce the Arabic autobiographical discourse.
