All The facts and information contained in the research show that Governor-General Jac Soustal, during his term in Algeria 1955-1956, fought for the implementation of his project represented by the integration policy, which is a comprehensive Project that with different aspects including Political, economic, Social and Cultural.

It aim to establish mechanisms in au fields with the intention to fail the Algerian Revolution.

The policy of reforms that the French government tried to implement was primarily aimed at preserving the French presence in Algeria, and to achieve such goal, it used various methods and means at its disposal, in addition to military action to eliminate the revolution, as well as to avoid an extension of its flame to the rest of the country.

The colonial authorities tried to contain the idea of independence by using several methods, including trying to search for a group of national politicians to cooperate with them in the success of this project by creating a third force – in participation of Algerian Muslims - in promotion of boycott, the restoration of security and apparently calm the situation, while the subconscious is isolating the people from the revolution and depriving them of the sources of their strength.
