The present paper aims at identifying the contribution of Business Intelligence in making corporate performance improve.

Therefore, the main research question is: “What effects does Business Intelligence have on business performance ? ” In an attempt to respond, the case study method has been adopted using and relying on interviewing techniques to collect data.

The key findings assert that BI is especially required in business planning as well as in execution.

BI has a great impact on business performance especially in terms of lowering costs ; increasing revenue ; and improving customer satisfaction.
