Our study aimed to shed light on the reality of the training directed to the benefit of the high technician Electro technical specialization, using the interview tool for the professors of specialization, and the study adopted the coordination method.

We have reached an average attendance of the training program components, and on career support it has been an acceptable and encouraging degree.
