Abstract EN

This study deals with the dialect “Ahlia” language in mu `jam al-Buldan “dictionary of countries” by Yaqut al – Hamawi in connection with Geolinguistics which is one of its modern science terms.

It means the dialect or the area Language or also the lingual adjectives which are related to the word “ Ahl” or the area he talks about.

This may be indetical to the ideal language or not.

The Limits of study expands to include the geography of Islamic and Arabic expansion in the time of the author.
