Abstract EN

This thesis discusses the refutation of Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah regarding the comprehensive law for Al-Imam Fakhr Al-Din Al-Razi that had been included in his books specifically (the book of: The basis of sanctification).

Al-Imam Al-Razi in his book defined the comprehensive law by "The reasonable mind will have the priority in the case of conflicting it with the Sharia".

He had supported this definition with some proofs.

It had pushed Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah to write a book titled "The rejection of the conflict between reason and revelation".

In this book, he stated that it is impossible to find a conflict between the good reasons and correct revelation to refute the books of the basis of sanctification.

Al-Imam Al-Razi stated in this book the comprehensive law.

Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah had refuted this law in his book (The rejection of the conflict between reason and revelation) by providing some simple answers and detailed explanations (forty four sides).

Ibn Taymiyyah managed to show the defect of comprehensive law and its nullity.

This law is stabbing the ability of Almighty Allah and the Holy Quran.

It is stabbing also in the Prophet Mohammad and his sayings.

It attacks also the reasonable mind and the common sense in addition to its contradictions.

In spite of all that Al-Imam Fakhr Al-Din Al-Razi didn't intent to conflict the Sharia, but he was trying to keep it in safe.

It is needed to think well about Al-Imam Fakhr Al-Din Al-Razi, because he was diligent in the case of comprehensive law.

His work was not correct, because the creed matters are not like the other matters.

It doesn't accept diligence.

We realize that he was thinking that the law will be for the sake of Allah according to his thinking.

He was trying to make the legal texts impeccably, but it leaded him to stop the legal texts in a good intent.

In a good intent, there are some philosophers and specialists who didn't refuse the Sharia, but they put the reasonable mind in a higher level from the devilish point of view.
