نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على مختلف المفاهيم الفكرية و النظرية التي تؤسس لنموذج BCG توضيح كيفية تطبيقه على أرض الواقع إبراز أهمية استخدامه في التحليل الاستراتيجي لمختلف ميادين نشاط المؤسسة وتمكين المؤسسة محل الدراسة من استغلال نتائج التحليل باستخدام نموذج BCG في بناء استراتيجياتها كل هذا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد توصلنا من خلال عرض مختصر للمفاهيم و دراسة حالة مؤسسة IRIS إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن تزايد الحصة السوقية للمؤسسة بشكل مستمر و تطور رقم أعمالها في مختلف ميادين نشاطها يعكس مستوى أداء مهم و تموقعها الاستراتيجي في السوق الجزائرية مثلا مجال صناعة التلفاز و صناعة المنتجات البيضاء فيتموضعان في مربع بين البقرة الحلوب وموضع النجوم على التوالي و لذا يجب أن تحرص المؤسسة عل استدامة هذا التميز
Abstract EN
In this research, we aim to identify the different theoretical concepts of the BCG model; to explain how it is applied on the companies.
In a brief overview of the concepts and the IRIS case study, we obtained a number of results.
The most important of these results is that the increasing market share of the company and the development of its number in its various fields of activity reflects an important level of performance and its strategic position in the Algerian market.
The field of the TV industry and the white products industry are located in the square between the cow and the star position respectively, so the company must ensure sustainability
