Abstract EN

The current study deals with psychological and sociological risks in the National Company "SONATRACH" - Petroleum refining branch, This is because these risks have a negative impact on the mental and physical health of the worker, where was relied on the analytical and descriptive method, and distribution of a questionnaire which contains behaviors and matters related to these risks which the worker can observe them in the working environment in which he works, on a sample of 150 workers, then the study included that the proportion of 66.66% of workers observe behaviors and matters related to psychological and sociological risks in the working environment in which they work on it constantly and frequently, and also they consider that these behaviors are high risks on their psychological and physical health, the Sources of psychological pressure have spread widely such violence.

And feeling undervalued by responsible, .etc, which negatively affects on Psychological health of the workers and on their Professional performance, as well as falling into many work accidents, What requires immediate intervention by the Company to improve psychological circumstances of the work, and find out all the factors and behaviors causing the appearance such these psychological and sociological risks in work environment .
