The Algerian legislator has given special importance to public deals because of their great importance in the country's economy, and this is evident through legal texts issued in different periods of time and in different economic and political stages, where the regulation of public deals in Algeria is one of the most amended and repealed legal texts.

So that the legal texts organized for him since independence reached six successive texts, and they differ from each other in terms of naming, content, and legal value, and what makes organizing public deals in Algeria of great importance is the relationship of public deals to protecting public money from corruption in various types.

This article aims to clarify the procedures for concluding public deals in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 15-247 of September 16, 2015, by stopping the provisions that he brought in the field of methods and procedures for concluding deals as well as adopting the comparison method by showing and comparing shift points and new provisions in this field and its comparison with previous regulations governing public deals.
