Abstract EN

This study aimed to highlight the effect of empowering employees on enhancing their administrative creativity through the empowerment dimensions represented by (delegation of authority, work teams, training, motivation, and effective communication), while the dimensions of administrative creativity are: (originality, intellectual fluency, mental flexibility, Sensitivity, analysis).

In our study, We distributed a questionnaire to a sample of 90 administrative employees, and the data was analyzed by a program of Spss And this study found that there is a good correlation relationship, and a significant effect of empowerment of employees on administrative creativity.
