تعمل الأمم بصفة مستمرة على المحافظة على لغتها القومية و تطويرهاو جعلها قادرة مواكبة و مسايرة العصر فاللغة مرتبطة بفكرة التواصل و التعبير عن الأفكار و المشاعر و الأحاسيس والوسيلة التي لا يمكن تخلي عنها لما لها من صلة في رسم التطور الحضاري لذلك المجتمع فأصبح وجودها أمرا إلزاميا لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها إذا ما أ ارد الإنسان فرض وجوده و الحديث عن قضية اللغة العربية في المجتمع الجزائري يوجب الوقوف على بعض المحطات المهمة التي لعبت دورا رئيسيا في ترسيخ مكانة اللغة انطلاقا من مسألة جوهرية ألا وهي أن اللغة هي لغة الدين و المجتمع
Abstract EN
Nations are constantly working to preserve and develop their national language and enable them to keep pace with their time.
If one wants to impose its existence and talk about the question of the Arabic language in the Algerian society, it is necessary to look at some important stations which played a major role in the consolidation of the status of the language, based on the fundamental question of language and society.
