It was necessary to choose a linguistic subject linked to the deliberative approach, which has become an imperative for many linguistic learners in recent times, to approach the discourse in all the fields and disciplines of various programs and approaches in order to link in permanence of the linguistic phenomenon to its external environment, to the requirements of the context and to the intention of the context.
