Innovation and creativity have become the most important concerns of the institutions that seek to differentiate and enhance their position in the national or international market by formulating new ideas and trying to reflect them on the ground.

From this point of view, some Algerian enterprises are seeking different types of goods, services, or their size to generate new ideas and work to embody them to reach the heights of success.

Through this paper, we found that most Algerian companies do not resort to innovation, but often import technology from abroad, while most of them resort to creativity at most through improvements to the product or development in line with the wishes of the customer.
