The aim of this article is to understand the psychological disorders (neurosis) that may affect individuals within their professionnal environment by revealing intellectual philosophies and theoretical approaches that study the psychological employment of workers by understanding and analyzing their ways of thinking and behavior which are différent from others and make them suffer.

In other words, attention to a good understanding of the suffering of the worker in his work to know its causes, symptoms and mechanisms in it, which may require intervention at the level of the psyche of the individual in the pursuit of either preventive or therapeutic.
