Land or capital is no longer the strongest engine of economy.

Intellectual capital and information technology are the main forces of economy.

This new force has affected all spheres of life, social, economic, educational and others; as well as the quality and quantity of economic activity, and a tremendous growth in networks and communications, all of which are based on knowledge and its uses.

Many of the countries that do not have natural wealth but have been able to achieve great material development, such as Japan, Malaysia, Denmark and Switzerland, whose average per capita income exceeded the United States annually by virtue of its good use and application of information and investment of knowledge.

Japan has been aware of this for more than half a century.

Time reached the top of the pyramid, and represented a miracle in the history of progress and overall development.
