Calik in the devdopment of the future thinking skills of kindergarten teachers.

The sample of the study was kindergartens teachers in Cairo Govemorate.

The sample was divided into group experimental (32 teachers) and control groups, And the control group (32 teachers).

The proposed program was prepared for the habits of the mind and apphed the measure of the habits of the mind and the future thinking skills in the tribal and remote measurements of the experimental and control groups.

The results of the study showed statistically significant differences between the two groups experimental and control on the scale of future thinking of the parameters for the skills of kindergarten for the experimental group.

There are also statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre application and their mean scores in the post application of the future thinking skills of the teachers of the kindergarten for in favor of the post application demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed program.
