تحاول هذه الدراسة قياس تأثير تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على القطاع الصناعي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1970-2017 من خلال استعمال مقاربة اختبار الحدود لنموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاءات الموزعة (ARDL).
كانت نتائج الدراسة القياسية تشير إلى وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين القطاع الصناعي و الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلا أن حجم التأثير كان ضعيفا في المدى الطويل حيث يؤدي ارتفاع تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر خلال سنة واحدة بمقدار 1 % إلى الزيادة في القيمة المضافة الخام للقطاع الصناعي بـ 7، 06 %.
كما أن نموذج الدراسة بين انخفاض مرونة هذا القطاع بالنسبة لحجم الاستثمارات المحلية و الأجنبية في المدى القصير.
Abstract EN
This study attempts to measure the impact of FDI inflows on the industrial sector in Algeria during the period 1970-2017, using the bounds test approach of Auto-Regressive Distributed Lag Model (ARDL).
The results of the econometric study indicate that there is a co-integration relationship between the industrial sector and foreign direct investment, but the magnitude of the influence in the long run was weak, where the increase of FDI inflows during one year by 1 % leads to an increase in the raw added value of the industrial sector by 7, 06%.
The study model indicates that in the short term the elasticity of this sector is low relative to the volume of domestic and foreign investments.
