Since 2011, the tax administration seeks to implement the quality standard that aims to improve its relations with taxpayers gradually with the launch of many initiatives where priority is given to the quality of public service provided to different taxpayers, and therefore this study aims to expose ways to improve the relationship between tax administration and taxpayers when It has importance for both parties, and we have come to the conclusion that despite the issuance of many legislations and procedures to improve the relationship between the taxpayer and the tax administration, we note that many taxpayers are reluctant to pay their tax dues, and have even become artistic in the Tax evasion.
