The deterioration of social and economic conditions in Algeria has been associated with falling prices of energy resources in the mid 1980s and there is no doubt that all of this has led to the deterioration of living conditions (poverty and unemployment) to alarming levels and linked to the delay of marriage since the beginning of the economic crisis in the mid 1980s and until the 1990s, where the decimal was known as the age of marriage record rise with high rates of unemployment, celibacy and continuously followed by profound changes in Algerian society, taking into account the demographic changes in recent years and the emergence of many youth groups, representing a large number in the labor market and which is not capable to contain them.
